The hotel rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a nice mix of traditional charm and romantic atmosphere. However, they appeared slightly less impressive than in the photos. The service was attentive and professional, with a lovely surprise gift for our 5-year anniversary. The location was brilliant, peaceful, and green, ideal for relaxation, although some areas seemed cluttered with art pieces. The dining experience was fresh and of high quality but may not justify the high price. The facilities were satisfactory, offering what we needed during our stay.
The hotel had a huge bed with a super comfortable mattress, perfect for our family, though it was a bit small. It was very noisy due to people walking in the building and taking the steps, but overall adequate.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delightful and disappointing experiences. The rooms were beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed and a lovely sitting area, but I found cleanliness issues that needed attention. The service was outstanding, especially Rachel at reception, though there were occasional inconsistencies. The location was a favorite sanctuary for me within the chateau, despite some messy areas. The dining experience offered a delicious variety, though it felt crowded at times. The facilities were well-equipped, enhancing the overall experience.
